Is Telepin® really that easy to
use?
Yes! All it takes is a touch-tone phone and one or two minutes of your cardholder's time to select a Personal Identification Number (PIN). The service is secure and private.
Is there a difference between
the "in-branch" and "at-home" Telepin® service?
The recorded speech segments are different, but the service
works exactly the same way. "In-branch" speech segments
answer cardholders calling from your branches, while "at-home"
segments are appropriate for people calling from home. Both functions
allow the same easy PIN selection.
Can my cardholders use the Telepin® service
to change PINs on existing cards?
No. Telepin® cannot be used to change a PIN for an existing card.
