Bill Dinker directs strategic planning and overall business operations for EFT Source.  He played a pivotal role in the original acquisition of EFT Source from its former owners, and he also spearheaded the opening of our alternate site in Colorado Springs, Colorado.  With over 15 years of experience in financial card fulfillment, Dinker was instrumental in the development and patenting of the company’s Telepin® technology.  Before joining EFT Source, Dinker worked in sales management for 10 years with Anheuser-Busch.  He holds an MBA from Vanderbilt University.

Kathy Nevill manages the company’s financial operations and special projects. When she joined the company in 1999, she brought more than 14 years of experience in small business strategic development. She has worked with numerous entrepreneurial companies, and she also served as Senior Business Consultant with the Small Business Development Center, where she advised and developed financing for small companies. Nevill holds an MBA from Tennessee State University. She is a current member of the Metropolitan Nashville Public Schools Board of Education.

Tom Hedrich has the overall responsibility for all new business development activities from identifying priority prospects and facilitating strategic selling to developing new products/services and leveraging organizational competencies. With 25 years of experience serving the financial institution industry, Hedrich focuses on the business initiatives that deliver the greatest value in serving our targeted customer base. Hedrich holds a B.A. degree from the University of Wisconsin - Whitewater.

Bobby Smith manages the company’s information architecture framework to keep EFT Source on the leading edge of technology. He directs planning, budgeting and purchasing of hardware, software and communications resources to meet current and future needs. Smith led the company’s recent transition from a Unisys mainframe to a Windows server network. He has over two decades of experience in the field of Information Technology, and before joining EFT Source, he served as an independent consultant. Smith attended Western Kentucky University, and he also holds an Airline Transport Pilot Rating for Lear Jets.

Jim Purvis has overall responsibility for card production fulfillment at EFT Source. He joined EFT Source in 2007 and brings with him 30 years of experience in Operations Management and Planning. His focus is on lean manufacturing and operations excellence. He earned a B.S. Industrial Management from East Carolina University and holds an MBA from University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

Abatha Boyle manages projects for the Business Development Team. Before joining EFT Source in 2001, she managed the Electronic Funds Transfer and ATM Service Department for Georgia Federal Credit Union in Atlanta, Georgia. Boyle earned a B.S. Business Administration degree in Finance & Banking at the University of Missouri - Columbia. She holds an MBA from Lipscomb University.

Nicole Liner manages the Client Services Team and coordinates conversion and implementation projects. Before joining EFT Source in 2005, Liner gained experience in the banking and financial planning industries with positions held at US Bank and H&R Block. She earned a B.S. Business Administration degree in Business Finance at Middle Tennessee State University.

Karen Kidd manages card design and printing for the company. She is responsible for creating new card designs as well as managing artwork and card orders for all clients. Her department also handles scheduling, production and printing for all mail components such as inserts, stickers and letters. Karen has been with EFT Source since 1987. She attended Brannell Business College and Nashville State Technical Institute.
